Skin Tests
Skin tests are required up to 48 hours before any colour or tinting services.

Free Consultation
The best way to discuss your hair goals and pricing, and carry out any relevant testing.

Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure appointments for colour services. This will be deducted from your final bill. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to rearrange your appointment for the booking fee to be transferred. 

Cancellations
We politely ask you to give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
